Our Team

We have a Senior Management team at Belvedere, which includes a Manager, Deputy Manager and the Person-in-Control as registered with the Regulation & Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA). The Management works closely as a team with our Senior and Junior Care Assistants to provide the best standards of care available to our Residents.

We ensure that only the most competent and dedicated people are on our care team at Belvedere. Our Staff Training Programme is comprehensive and includes Dementia Care, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Administration of Medicines, Care Planning, and Fire Safety.

A lot of our staff are trained to at least QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care and all are registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
